How do i know if Carsifi is compatible with my car ?

Carsifi is designed to work with any Android Auto supporting head unit. If you can connect your smartphone to Android Auto via cord, you can connect it wirelessly via Carsifi. If you’re not sure whether your car supports Android Auto, please visit the official Android Auto site where you can check your made and year. It is highly unlikely that your Carsifi adapter won’t work with your car, in this surprising case you can contact us ASAP and we will fix the problem. Carsifi supports firmware updates, which means that you will receive updates automatically, no trouble.

Does it use Bluetooth or Wi-fi to sync ? What if i don't have Wi-fi in my car ?

Carsifi uses both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. First Carsifi automatically connects to your Android device and shares its own WI-Fi credentials. After that your Android device connects to Carsifi Wi-Fi network. The adapter has built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, so it's ok if your car does not have built-in Wi-Fi. There is an additional option to select another Wi-Fi using the official Carsifi app.

Will it work with my phone ?

Carsifi works with all devices started Android 5 and up. Android 9 and above Carsifi works on all devices. Android 8 and below There are some devices which could have some problems. Carsifi creates a local Wi-Fi network (without Internet) on its side. After that it shares Wi-Fi credentials with an Android smartphone connected to it via Bluetooth. Some Android devices if connected to Wi-Fi without Internet can't use mobile data and in this case they have no access to the Internet. How to solve the issue:: In this case you can use Wi-Fi hotspot on your device. Carsifi official app allows you to select which Wi-Fi network to use by default. You can select Wi-Fi from your Android device hotspot or third party Wi-Fi (installed in your car, or Wi-Fi modem). Therefore, your Android smartphone does not need to connect to Wi-Fi without Internet and your mobile data will work.

How do i set up my adapter ? And how to use it every time ?

Carsifi set-up is a very easy process. First time when you connect Carsifi to your car you should complete bluetooth pairing. In order to do that, please open your Android Device Settings -> Bluetooth and click "Pair New Device" button. After that your Android will start searching for new devices and you should select a device named "Carsifi-xxx" (xxx is a number of the device which is different on every adapter). In just a few seconds you will be enjoying wireless Android Auto. You only have to set it up once for each device you want to connect to your car. After that Carsifi will detect your Android smartphone and reconnect it automatically.

How long does it takes to connect Carsifi with my phone ?

It takes up to 10 seconds for Carsifi to load and link with your device. After your first set-up it can take about 3 to 5 seconds, which depends on your Android smartphone.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. It will then take between 10 to 22 working days for your item to arrive at your home. In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels circulate with La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with different producers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery times are between 10 and 22 working days. It is possible that some packages may take a little longer than that.

However, if you still haven't received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.
